Some areas of the United States, Canada, and other countries have heavy snowfall, hurricane, or earthquake engineering requirements, or simply more local government "red tape" to deal with as we design and pre assemble your log home.

This means we will need to use larger roof beam sizes, more drilling for fasteners, and simply more time spent dealing with increased engineering requirements for particular areas. In these situations, our lowest price may not be available.
